Little giftbags and advent-calendar

Hi, and welcome to my "home for Christmas, day 2!!! :) :)
I'm really in a bit of a hurry today. I'm off to Moss to have a class.
So I'll show you two fast and easy little projects.
I really LOVE this little folded "french fry bag" Perfect for a sweet little gift. I've filled mine with some chocolate hearts.


Here are easy step-by step pictures, how to fold this bag:

Start with a square piece of double sided patterned paper.

mine is 8X8inch.

Patterned paper by 3ndypapir.

fold in half

take one of the corners and fold it over to the other side

do exactly the same with the other corner.

Fold one of the upper corner down to secure the two folded corners.

No glue needed.

Your box is ready to be embellished and filled. :)

VOILA!!

Here in Norway we use to have count-down calendars for the kids in december before christmas evening (we celebrate the 24th.)

Some people fill the calendar with little things others have chipboard-calendars with cute little pictures and stories. I fill my calendar with things to DO with my kids.

I love to take time this season, and TIME is my gift for them. o we have some little projects we make every day before christmas.

Like baking, making stuff, maybe go skiing (if the snow arrive)...and so on.

Here are some nice paper-bags, perfect for advent-calendar filled with some little surprises or for a little fast gift. :)

I decorated mine with cute tags punched out of patterned paper by 3ndypapir.

HOME for Christmas

Hi all!

I'm SO excited to welcome you to my Home for Cristmas :)

You are invited to join me every wednesday and friday for all kinds fun and homemade for Christmas.

I reall LOVE this season, and hope you'll enjoy this as much as I will.

WELCOME HOME!
This little gnome welcomes you to her neighbourhood.

The houses can be a cute decoration - and I also made them so they are gift-boxes!!

How fun is that!

Fill the house with some sweet treats and give it to your neighbours or friends next door.

Download and print pattern.

(click on the picture to make it larger and right-click to save)

Print or trace all the lines of the house on the back side of your patterned paper, and CUT along all solid lines.

Fold along all dotted lines, and glue the sides and bottom of the house.
Leave the roof open - this will be the lid of your giftbox.
:)


Now, cut out the "extra" pieces of paper for the roof and glue it on top of the box-roof.


The birdhouse is ready to be embellished and filled with something good. :)

I have used alot of glitter-glue along the sides of the roof to make it look "frozen". Embellish with ribbons or whatever you like.

I have used all patterned papers by 3ndypapir.

This little giftbag is perfect for a little gift to a friend.
Super fast and easy to make.
Just print or trace the pattern on the back of your patterned paper.
Cut around the box and all the way down to the dotted lines.
Do NOT cut along the solid lines of the middle part of the box (between the dotted lines)!!
It is going to be in ONE but with all the flaps cut so they can easily been fold.
Fold and glue.
Your bag is ready! :)

Busy, busy days

I'm really enjoying meeting other paper crafters, scrapbookers and cardmakers so this next two weeks will be some really good weeks.
2 demos and one class in stores around Oslo and Moss. i'm really looking forward to this :)

"Fridge fun" :)

Hi my friends, and THANK YOU for all your kind comments. You all make me totally happy! :) :)
I have played with my wonderful stamps by my Stamp BOX lately, and made some more fun fridge-magnets. I made this never ending to do list as a fun little gift for a friend of mine too.... She can put it on her fridge .... and I'm sure she have plenty to write on the list too ;) ;)

My hubby went to work with a big grin on his face after I left him this message on the fridge early one morning :)

And my kids LOVE to play with the magnets....write their names and other cute little things.... :)

OK, THIS is NOT a fridge magnet...... LOL..... However it IS my LO for this weeks challenge #150 over at Lotus Paperie. Make sure you join the fun :) And it is still time to send your submissions for Lotus DT call! :) :)

Cristmas with Cosmo Cricket

Hi. I have had a wonderful time playing with my beautiful, awesome Cosmo Cricket cristmas products lately. Made these fun easy made fridge magnets. A cute little gift, or just to brighten the white fridge-door.
I layered cosmo patterned paper and chipboard and put the thickers alpha on top. Added a self adeshive magnet on the back side. :)


Made a few of these super fun and easy made candy boxes too.
The colors on these papers are so yummy. :)

These boxes are made out of a Cosmo Cricket photo box and a CC keepsake box. They are SO beautiful and fun to work with.

I covered mine with patterned papers from the Jolly by Golly collection. Look at these super cute houses! I'm really in love with this line.

scraporama

Hi all. Finally back after the most exciting, busy, fun weekend at the big hobby / art / craft show "scraporama" at Lillestrøm this weekend.
Lene and I had a wonderful time at our 3ndypapir booth, meeting all new and old scrapbooking-and paper-crafting friends. Thank you for leaving so much love!!

Tusen takk for en kjempefin messe-helg til alle dere som var innom og hilste på Lene og meg på 3ndypapir standen. Utrolig koselig!! Og ekstra gøy at så mange som var på treffet i "bua" kom og handlet og lagde masse, masse lekkert med papirene våre - det varmer!! Store virituelle klemmer deles ut!! :) :)

Her er noen bilder fra standen, og Lene og meg som rigger. Hadde ikke tid til å ta særlig med bilder "in acton" - det var mye både lørdag og søndag, og det var kjempe-artig.

Here are two LOs I've made for the last two challenges over at LOTUS Paperie. LOVE this weeks sketch # 148 (the lo above) with the circle shape, and challenge # 147 " use your ribbon scraps". I have a bunch of ribbons in a big jar, and I use them alot.... but it is allways nice to be challenged to use them in a new way.
