gift Tag in a pocket

Hi my friends and welcome to my home for Christmas-blog.
Today I wanted to share this tiny, cute little gift-tag-pocket.
If you, like me, like to give away books for Christmas this is the perfect gift tag.
The tag inside the pocket will make enough room for you to write your greeting, and the pocket ( with the tag inside) can serve as a bookmark for the reciever of the book.
I created the pockets using patterned paper " tiril" and "jenny" by 3ndypapir
and the cute vintage motifs are from collage sheets made by me for Steffens AS
You can download the pattern by simply right click and save / print

This is a little Christmas card I made lately.
For Cristmas I'm in love with a sort of "simple vintage" style.
The old, cute motifs from old christmas cards, patterned paper from 3ndypapir "hilsen gudrun" christmas collection, old book-pages, a little feather, a snow-flake and a pearl is all I need to create a card like this.

SORRY about the poor picture. At the moment the days are short here in Oslo, and it is not much light for photography.
Today has been grey and cold ...

Thanks for stopping by!
Hope to see you back soon.

japanese magic paper rose ornament

Hi my friends.

A new ice cold winter day here in Oslo today.
We are facing the coldest november start of december since 1920 ( or something ).

Everything is frozen, white and snowy, and the trees have these beautiful ice stars on their branches.
Beautiful!
Talking about stars and trees ... I have made this cute japanese star ornament for my christmas tree. It is truly cute, and I had so much fun creating it.
I found this video on how to make it at flixya
and I emmediately fell in love.
I added a ribbon on my ornament to make it possible to hang it in the tree. :)

I made these two little house-ornaments for a blogpost over at the cosmo Cricket blog last saturnay, and thought it would be good to share here as well. Love these little houses. They are so cute as ornaments on the tree ( with a little ribbon from the roof ) or just to use as decoration around the house.

Have a great week!

pillow box and a cute envelope. :)

Hi.

It has been a busy weekend for me. Lots of friends around the house, we had a wonderful time with 16 people making gingerbread cookies around our table, and eating traditional norwegian christmas food together, laughing, talking and having the best 1st weekend in advent together.
:)

I also had a demo at my local scrapbook store in Oslo, Steffens AS.
I made alot of different things, and I will share them during this week.
Lots of nice ladies showed up at the demo, and I had so much fun showing things to create with 3ndypapir christmas collection 2010, and the new collage-sheets I recently put together for Steffens.

I thought this little pillow-box and the cute envelope with room for a greeting and a gift card would be a nice thing to share here at "home for christmas".
I love simple, but cute templates for christmas.
These are fast and easy to make, and you can use what ever paper and embellishments you like.
I have used patterned paper by 3ndypapir, "hilsen gudrun" christmas-collection.
download the template by just right-click on the image and save.
(if it doesen't work, please let me know, and I'll upload it to 4shared, and leave a link instead. ;) )
Here is the gift-envelope with room for a greeting and a gift-card inside.
I love this simple, but yet so super cute envelope.

** edit: I usually print my templates on simple printer-paper. Cut around the edges. Then I put the template on the back side of the patterned paper I want to use. I trace around the template with my pencil, and then I use a ball point pen ( kulepenn ) to trace along all the dotted lines, to make them fold easily. **

Thanks for stopping by, and have a great evening.

Classes

Hi my friends
Hope you have had a wonderful week.
My week has been busy, busy, but fun.
Still working on shipping all the packages of 3ndypapir to all the retailers around Norway, Sweden, Iceland etc.
I have had alot of classes this week too - one every second day :) I love to teach, so these scrapbooking-and papercrafting classes makes me all happy.
Last weekend I attended the large Crop / gathering in Ski, and I had a blast, teaching, scrapbooking laughing, being with friends. GOOD TIMES!
:)
I had one class at Minnehjørnet early this week, and I will have one class at Steffens tomorrow.
Yesterday I went to Moss, I had so much fun teaching for a group of wonderful people there :)
They all wanted me to put out pictures and templates for the stuff we made in this class.
So without further ado, here it goes.
ENJOY!!
:)

I have put alot of love, time and effort into all my creations and templates.
Some of the templates are made by me, and some are other peoples work of art.
These templates are for PERSONAL USE ONLY!
Please don't use them for magazines, books or other commercial use without permission!
All papers used for these projects are by 3ndypapir
:)
