SUMMERtime

Hi all.
Yes, I'm still here, And alive. Things have just been too busy around here. But finally time for some days off. I'll be away - relax, chrochet my afghans in the shade of a apple-tree, work on some new 3ndy-ideas ;) ;) listen to the sea, sit on the bay....

So when I'm off you can enjoy the last give-away promised you.
And since it's less than 6 months to christmas I'llgive away a packet of x-mas stuff for you. :)

life is GOOD

This weeks word up at "One little Word" is GOOD. Jessi picked the word this time. Run over to OLW to see what she has to say about this GOOD word, and to see all the BEAUTIFUL work of art the OLW-girls have made this time around.

I made a little mixed media canvas.
I've used gesso, acrylic paint, paper, book-pages etc. The title is hand-drawn and cut out of a piece of newspaper. I also added some real gold and the paper-butterflies.

I have this little artist around my house - I love to see how she really enjoy making stuff. And all things she make are so neat - so beautiful. I'm sure she'll be a real artist one day. :)
Made this lil LO on a Crop a couple of weeks ago. We all got the same kit and was challenged to use all bits and pieces in the entire kit. Well, I had NO problem using all the beautiful stuff Trine had put together for us. And here is the result. :)

june - my birthday-month :)

June is my favourite month. My birthday-month. I love the start of the summer, the flowers, the beauty in the nature right now...

Well, this june, i decided to share a little bit of my joy for summer, scrapbooking and papercrafting with you my dear blog-readers.

I have put together 6 different kits ( and it may be more) of papers and bits and bobs. Papers I love, embellishments, stamps and all kinds of things - new and old - and I want to give it all to you.

This weekend I have put up a funky colorful kit and a fleamarked kit for you.

Hi all. Can't believe it is 6th of june allready.
Lots of things are happening around here these days. June is allways a busy, busy month, and these first days have been a bit over the top...but, I'm still here.
I love it when things get busy, but all good. :)
Today was the very first day for the new team over at LOTUS paperie. Challenge # 127 "felt" is up - and the girls at the team have done a fab job! go check it out! SO proud to be a part of this wonderful team. :)

I'm in LOVE!

Yes, that's right - oh, no, no new boyfriend!! NO WORRIES!

But a new PAPER-LOVE.

The papers they design are SO awesome! (and they work super-fab along with 3ndypapir too! :) look HERE )

Lily Bee recently had a awesome minialbum contest over at their blog. SO inspiring!

The theme for the contest is "Just be ME".

I created this little minialbum with the awesome Lily Bee "French couture" and "three little birds" die cut frames and patternd paper. I really had a blast making this minialbum - and when I look at it it makes me happy.

Most of the embellishments are handmade, wollen, felted, chrocheted.... I LOVE to create and make stuff so this mini is really a part of what I think it is to be ME right now.

The pictures are of me - things and people that means the world to me - a little window into what it is like to " be just me" right now - may 2009.

Reflect

This week it is Lynns word up over at One little word - and the word is a really good one, after having a wonderful party, we are now REFLECTING on our blessings.

Here is my take on the word - a little mini-album - reflecting on 2009, our family, our kids, our love.

I'll fill this album with pictures and little memories from this year - and plan on giving it as a birthday-gift to somebody in our family. ;)

Scrapping across the universe

It's all about FRIENDS over at scrapping across the Universe-blog this month. So run over and check it out. Great challenge and great prizes.

I had a blast scrapping this LO about my family hanging out with our favourite friends in Sjøvegen.

We love to enjoy the outdoor-activities, having a campfire, let the kids play, laugh, talk and relax. :) What would life be like without friends?? for me friends are SO important - they make my life bright and fun and filled with happy memories. :)
